We have our famous "No Blow Down Warranty" which states:
"Our No Blow Down Warranty:
With the No Blow Down Warranty from Summertime Screen Enclosures, Inc. there are NO deductibles or Co-pays.
This No Blow Down Warranty contract covers wind damage to any structural component of the Florida Power Beam Screen Enclosure due to Hurricane force winds, up to the Wind Zone and Category it is built in, as designated by N.O.A.A. Any damage to the frame structure will be repaired or replaced at no cost to the No Blow Down Warranty holder. Any damage due to falling trees, limbs, or objects blown into the enclosure are not covered under this warranty. This warranty only covers the frame of the enclosure and not the screen or spline. SUMMERTIME customers using the Florida Power Beam System will receive first in line service on re-screens after any storm.
All calls to SUMMERTIME must be made within 48 hours after a Hurricane has passed. Dated, same day pictures must be taken of any damage, with no debris removed.
This Summertime Screen Enclosures, Inc. No Blow Down Warranty is transferable in the event the home, where the Florida Power Beam Screen Enclosure is installed, is sold. "

We pledge to keep warranty issues simple with our Summertime = Family Time guarantee. Knowing that your enclosure comes with a no hassle, top to bottom warranty, gives you peace of mind. Lets face it - we have all been disappointed by warranties that didn't quite cover everything.
We promise to provide products and service of the highest quality. Each project is custom designed with laser precision to fit your home by one of the most experienced design teams in the industry. Manufacturing of your enclosure is done at our facility, and built with the highest of standards, checked and re-checked for accuracy. Our installation crews are all thoroughly trained, and controlled by a lead installer who is tasked with managing the crew and project. The lead installer reports to a field quality assurance professional who ultimately oversees the crew and the project.
When your job is complete the quality assurance professional will
thoroughly inspect your enclosure and then meet with you for a
final walk through. Any questions or concerns will be handled at that time to ensure your expectations are met.
Your enclosure is guaranteed for one(1) full year from the completion date of your project. Our one(1) year warranty includes all workmanship and materials.
However, that is not all. Summertime exclusively offers an extended warranty after the first year. Which means we will return after the first year to inspect your enclosure using a 15 point quality inspection to ensure your enclosure is in top condition.
We will even replace up to two(2) damaged or torn screen panels for FREE.
